The True Books seriess is a series of nonfiction picture books on a variety of topics, published by Childrens Press. According to a note on Goodreads, the series started as True Books in the 1950s. Later, the series was rewritten and revamped to update the style and information. New True Books is one of the later incarnations of the series.
